Welcome to o2co2.io, a mobile application designed to help you improve your well-being through breathing. By using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. PRESENTATION OF THE APPLICATION
The o2co2.io app, available on the App Store, is a wellness platform offering two guided breathing exercises:
- Cardiac coherence: a simple protocol for regulating the autonomic nervous system.
- Guided Breathing: guided breathing sessions to manage stress and improve concentration.
These exercises are based on the pillars of the o2co2 method, of which breathing is a central element.
2. ACCESS AND USE
The application is accessible to users with an iOS-compatible device.
It can be used free of charge or by subscription (where applicable).
You agree to use the application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in compliance with the laws in force and with these T&Cs.
3. MEDICAL RECOMMENDATIONS
The o2co2.io application is not a substitute for medical advice.
The proposed exercises are intended for preventive and educational purposes, and do not constitute medical treatment.
In the event of respiratory, cardiovascular, mental or other pathologies, consult your healthcare professional before use.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, sounds, logos, interfaces and visual elements of the application are the exclusive property of o2co2 inc or are subject to a license.
Any reproduction, modification or distribution without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

No sensitive personal data is collected without your explicit consent.
