The DECOUVERTE de o2co2 workshop is an enriching experience designed to improve your life by optimizing functional breathing and exposure to cold. Open to all, this workshop offers a practical and transformative approach to improving your mental, emotional and physical well-being. Reduce stress, strengthen your immune system, improve your performance and enjoy better quality sleep.

Important

Please arrive 20 minutes before the start time of the workshop.

Practical advice

Preferably, eat light before the workshop.

Equipment to provide

  • Loose, cotton clothes (provide warm clothes for after the bath)
  • A small pillow
  • A warm blanket
  • A yoga mat
  • A pair of sandals
  • A water bottle
  • A swimsuit (*)
  • A towel (*)

(*) Swimsuit and bath towel are only necessary for workshops including “exposure to cold”
