The Method

In search of tools to optimize health, well-being, and performance, Matthieu Dubreucq and Marc Romain trained in numerous recognized techniques such as the Wim Hof Method, Oxygen Advantage (Dr. Patrick McKeown), Breatheology (Dr. Stig Severinsen), Heart Coherence 365 (Dr. O’Hare), Pranayama (Michael Bijker), and CrossFit (Greg Glassman).

Through consistent practice and exploration of these scientifically proven techniques, the two specialists and certified instructors of these methods conceived the idea of combining breathwork, cold exposure, heat exposure, and meditation to enhance their effectiveness, power, and benefits. This is how the o2co2 Method was born.

The 4 Keys

The o2co2 Method is built upon four keys with multiple benefits:

Breathing

Conscious breathing and breathing techniques aid in enhancing respiratory capacity, physical and mental endurance, concentration, creativity, stress management, anxiety, depression, sleep, and immune system strengthening.

Cold
Exposure

Exposing oneself to cold contributes to strengthening the immune system, improving blood circulation, reducing inflammation and chronic pain, as well as optimizing muscle recovery, weight loss, blood sugar regulation, and cardiovascular health.

Exposing oneself to heat helps stimulate blood circulation, alleviate pain, improve cardiovascular health, reduce stress and anxiety, enhance sleep, and promote muscle relaxation.

Meditation
